PCFAT-Remote – new visualization of alarm, fault and disconnection

The visualization software PCFAT-Remote is a PC-based representation of the fire brigade indication panel (FAT). For this purpose the image of the FAT is used because of the high recognition value and ease of use. Modern communication media is used to transfer the states: the Internet (TCP / IP protocol).

PCFAT-RemoteWith connection via the modules FAT2002 / FAT2002RE, FAT3000, IMT4CPU and to the System3000, alarms, faults and disconnections are displayed on a monitor regardless of the manufacturer of the FCP. PCFAT-Remote is a desktop release and occurs in the event fall into the foreground. It enables the operation with a detailed mapping of the FAT via touch screen, mouse click or keyboard.

All states required by DIN 14662 of the FCP can be displayed for a permanently manned location (eg the fire brigade control station) or as a remote display (eg a control room of a security and surveillance society). Other additional functions such as administration, database management, object information and event memory are available. In the case of queued messages there is no retroactive effect to the BMA. The number connected objects on the receiving station is limited in the standard version to 64. Further extensions are possible.

The transfer of all necessary data is done from the FCP towards the control center. A secure connection (Secure Socket Layer - SSL) is established for communication via an IP Gateway (Secure Device Server - SDS). This connection transfers the necessary FCP information via a DSL router to the server of the receiving station. The existing server at the receiving station is equipped with connection modules. The mobile phone network can be chosen as a further transmission path.

The program - PCFAT-Remote

A programming software enables the administration of the overall system. In order to assign the BMZ information from the network, a SQL database system is part of the application. All information will be updated with a cyclic query. A user interface allows the user to detect FCP states according to the FAT principle.

The danger visualization is a supplement to the traditional connection of a FCP!
